<p>今個星期四起一連三日（11月5至7日），假灣仔香港會議展覽中心舉行的香港國際美酒展已來到第8屆，今年的展覽雲集了32個國家及地區和超過1,060家參展商。鍾情葡萄牙酒區的朋友要留意了，大會特設了「Wines of Portugal」地區展館，展示逾500款當地的精選佳釀，包括「全球最佳酒莊」的葡萄牙酒莊Sogrape。此外也首設「啤酒專區」和「酒精類飲品」，讓你一嚐特色佳釀如法國第二大獨立啤酒廠生產的獲獎啤酒和日本信州Mars蒸餾廠的「越百」威士忌 • </p>
<p>除了有機會試酒，美酒展舉行期間有近80項特備活動，包括試酒會、品酒大師課程、釀酒師分享會及美酒品評大賽頒獎典禮等，講者乃來自全球的品酒達人。想跟葡萄酒大師Debra Meiburg和李志延（Jeannie Cho Lee）交流學習便要把握機會啦！</p>

<p>追求品質的你，定會喜歡由國際知名酒評家James Suckling所舉辦的GREAT WINES OF THE WORLD頂級美酒盛會 。今年的品酒會將展示超過150款來自國際知名葡萄園和酒莊的優質葡萄酒，包括Château Lafite-Rothschild 及Sassicaia等全球頂尖酒莊，所有佳釀均獲James親選並評定為90分或以上。這些著名酒莊來自歐洲、南美、美國以及澳洲和新西蘭等地，其莊主和釀酒大師亦會親臨現場。</p>
<p>同場有多款美酒是由有機及生物動力法（bio-dynamically grown）所種植的葡萄釀製，承接全球現時使用環保方法來種植葡萄及釀酒的趨勢。屆時James亦會公佈從本年度品評過超過9,000款葡萄酒中脫穎而出的「2015年度美酒」及「2015年度100大美酒」，令你一嚐大師的口味。</p>
