May Chow, the Canadian-born, Hong Kong-based chef behind Little Bao and Happy Paradise, has revolutionized Hong Kong’s culinary scene by blending Eastern and Western traditions. Her iconic Bao Burger debuted in 2009, propelling her to fame. Since opening Little Bao in 2013 and Happy Paradise, she has earned global acclaim, including the Asia’s Best Female Chef award in 2017. In 2025, she will launch her new collective brand, “May Chow". A board member of Eat Forum and Save Hong Kong F&B, May is also a vocal advocate for LGBTQ rights, diversity, and female empowerment, solidifying her legacy as a trailblazer in food and social advocacy.

加拿大出生的周思薇是一名紮根香港的著名主廚,以創辦餐飲品牌Little Bao及Happy Paradise重塑本地飲食文化,透過融貫東西飲食傳統的破格手法改寫美食敘事。其標誌性作品Bao Burger於2009年橫空出世,奠定先鋒地位;2013年創立Little Bao、繼而開設摩登中菜館Happy Paradise後,更榮膺2017年「亞洲最佳女廚師」大獎,躍升國際餐飲界焦點。2025年將推出個人餐飲集合品牌 "May Chow",持續擴張創意版圖。她身兼EAT Forum及救救飲食業大聯盟董事會成員,同時以LGBTQ平權、多元共融與女性賦權倡導者身份積極發聲,成功樹立其「餐飲革新先驅」與「社會倡議實踐者」的雙重典範。。
