After an initial pool of over 500 applicants, 158 standout finalists from 25 universities rose to the top. These students brought their diverse backgrounds to the GBA Challenge to present innovative ideas. Rather than mere competition, they shifted the dynamic towards collaborative thinking, joining forces to address various Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined by the United Nations. With passion and teamwork, the finalists focused their efforts on creating solutions for vital global issues.

The event shone with influential experts, each providing knowledge and inspiration. Prof. Michael Ferguson illuminated the path forward in his role as Host Committee Chair, while Prof. Gordon Lam added academic depth as Vice Chair and Senior Judge.
Super Mentor and Senior Judge Mr. Allan Chou lent his renowned entrepreneurial acumen. Strategic insights also came from Mr. Jason Cheng of South China Media Group, enriching the robust mentorship.
