Celebrating Women, Community & Connection
This year marks the 26th year of JESSICA. More than ever, it has been centred around celebrating women and building networks where they can genuinely connect, support one another, and grow together.
JES Network
One of the projects closest to my heart this year has been the continued growth of JES Network. It was created from a simple belief: that women need more than networking events or exchanged business cards. We need spaces where conversations are real, where relationships are built naturally over time, and where women can openly share experiences, opportunities, challenges, and encouragement.
Through The JESSICA Company, we bring together inspiring women across different industries, backgrounds, and stages of life in a personal and intentional way. We aim to unify community, connection, and visibility within a single ecosystem. Whether through mentorship, collaborations, business introductions, fireside conversations, or workshops, the hope has always been to create a circle where women can continue learning and supporting one another, both professionally and personally. Ultimately, the goal is to help women expand their networks, build confidence and visibility, and grow alongside a supportive community of like-minded women.

THE PIN
A network only truly feels like a community when there is a place that feels like home. That was how our journey with THE PIN began. In collaboration with Yung Kee Restaurant Group, THE PIN is a private members' club located in the iconic Yung Kee Building in Central. To me, it feels far more like a cultural and lifestyle space — a place where people come together through conversation, creativity, food, music, ideas, and connection.
Beautifully designed by renowned designer William Lim, THE PIN captures a spirit of Hong Kong across generations: cultured yet relaxed, elegant yet warm. It is a place where one can hold business meetings, enjoy intimate dinners and cocktails, attend art salons, or simply spend a few quiet hours away from the pace of the city. What makes THE PIN special is its mix of people, as entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, artists, and cultural tastemakers naturally cross paths. It's a reflection of the Hong Kong that I feel many people miss: creative, entrepreneurial, cultured, and full of character. Today, it has become the home of JES Network.

International Women's Forum Hong Kong
At the beginning of 2026, I stepped into the role of President of International Women's Forum Hong Kong, which celebrates its 36th anniversary this year. Founded in 1974, the IWF is a global network of more than 7,500 accomplished women leaders across over 30 countries and 70 forums worldwide, spanning business, government, media, academia, arts, and social impact. Beyond the achievements, it is truly a sisterhood. In May, I had the privilege of travelling to London with our Hong Kong delegation to attend the IWF Cornerstone Conference, where 750 women leaders gathered for dialogue and exchange. The discussions covered everything from AI and fintech to mental health and the role women leaders play in shaping a collaborative future.
I also had the pleasure of moderating a panel on global beauty alongside Millie Kendall OBE, CEO of the British Beauty Council, and Jung Saem Mool, pioneering celebrity K-beauty artist, educator, and founder of Jung Saem Mool Academy. Our discussion explored how beauty today extends far beyond products, touching on identity, wellness, culture, technology, sustainability, and changing consumer behaviour. It was fascinating to discuss how the industry is evolving alongside society while sharing the stage with such a dynamic duo.
What I continue to value most about IWF is its emphasis on mentorship, intergenerational leadership, and creating opportunities for women across cultures and industries to learn from one another. As President of IWF Hong Kong, I am proud that Hong Kong and Asia can contribute to and participate in these important global conversations.
Looking Back
Looking back, much of this year comes back to one thing: connection. In an increasingly fast-moving and fragmented world, communities matter more than ever. Spaces where women can come together, not only to lead and succeed, but also to support, encourage, and uplift one another, have become deeply important to me. And that is what this chapter of JESSICA has truly been about.
