Since 2001, the JESSICA Most Successful Women Awards has honoured more than 300 outstanding women from Hong Kong, Greater China, and around the world.
Building upon this legacy, the newly established Visionary Leaders Award recognises exceptional leaders and organisations who embody innovation, influence, and purpose — regardless of gender — celebrating their significant contributions in driving business advancement, social progress, and shaping a better future.

The forum featured three distinguished guest speakers who shared their visionary insights and experiences:
