The 2024 THE JESSICA COMPANY Hong Kong Junior Squash Open, organized by the Squash Association of Hong Kong, China, subvented by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (Art and Sports Development Fund), supported by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department, and title sponsored by The JESSICA Company, concluded successfully at the Hong Kong Squash Centre on August 3rd. This year's competition attracted 787 participants from 16 countries and regions, setting a new record for the number of participants.

The Prize Presentation Ceremony invited The Honourable Duncan Chiu, Chairman of the Squash Association of Hong Kong, China, Ms. Jessica Ng, Founder of The JESSICA Company, Dr. Douglas Lam, Chairman of the Junior Development Sub-committee, and Mr. Oscar CHU, Assistant Leisure Manager (Sports Funding) of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, to present the awards to the winners of each category.

Ms. Jessica Ng, Founder of The JESSICA Company, stated: "After six days of intense matches, the 2024 THE JESSICA COMPANY Hong Kong Junior Squash Open has successfully concluded. My heartfelt thanks go to Duncan Chiu for leading the Squash Association of Hong Kong, China, the support from the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (Art and Sports Development Fund), Leisure & Cultural Services Department, TagZero for providing eco-friendly sustainable tournament tees, and all the team members and volunteers who worked tirelessly. Thank you to all the local and overseas players, coaches, and families. Without your support, we wouldn't have achieved a record-breaking 787 participants this year."

The JESSICA Company title sponsored this event to promote squash and empower youth and women. Ms. Ng added, "Squash is not just a sport; it's a platform for young people and women to showcase themselves and challenge their limits. By supporting this event, we hope to encourage more youth and women to participate in sports, discover their potential, and build confidence and leadership skills in the process."
