<p>愛美本是天性，但由於在社會各界上，「以貌取人」的偏差歧視愈來愈嚴重，不論男女為求變美變俊，也開始出盡奇招異數。在現今整容風氣已十分普遍的世代，動刀成了等閒事，然而韓國作為亞洲的「整容大國」，整容文化不只深遠，或許已到了入魔的境界。韓國動畫電影《整容液》剛於香港上映，電影改編自網絡漫畫家吳城垈於Naver Webtoon漫畫平台中，以9.9評分成恐怖漫畫冠軍人氣作品，《奇奇怪怪》的其中一個單元故事－整容液，故事正正就是諷刺那些以為得到美貌就能擁有幸福的愚者，最後難逃走火入魔的結局。</p>

<h2>黑暗版《醜女大翻身》</h2>
<p>《整容液》講述其貌不揚的藝智使用了浸泡20分鐘就能變美的神奇的整容液，結果融化失誤，長相比以往更為恐怖。為尋找恢復方法，在網上找到可用錢取肉交換的人，漸漸走上了為換取美貌而不擇手段的不歸路。電影版大致保留了最病態的橋段，多個血腥噁心的畫面都一刀不剪地呈現了，是都市黑暗版的《醜女大翻身》。</p>

<h2>可以改變外表，卻不能改變內在</h2>
<p>在這個很多事情都能用金錢去換取的世紀，外表是很多人首要想要改變的部份，但可以改變外表，卻不能改變內在。決定一個人的條件不在於華麗的外表，能走進對方內心的是最原本的自己，而非華麗的糖衣包裝。沒有什麼比人類的慾望更無窮無盡，有的人花一生去追尋不屬於自己的，來「美化」生命，但只有自己的真實本性是實在的，其他身外的東西都是虛無的。為了追求更多，而失去本性，最終只會失去所有。</p>
