<p>提起黃佩霞（Almen），大家最先聯想到的，一定是瑜伽和Pure。畢竟她與自己創立的瑜伽中心結伴走了16年，加上她總是積極、樂天、外向與充滿自信，與瑜伽簡直是天衣無縫的絕配。</p>

<p><strong>由不服氣到征服</strong><br />
為了克服自己的弱點，Almen比其他人更努力練習，以彌補先天不足。「以前自己的瑜伽知識與概念都很模糊，以為強行壓下去終有一天可以擘出一字馬。後來認識愈多，才發現自己以前多無知，對瑜伽觀念有誤，現在回看也覺得自己很傻，夾硬壓下去結果還會弄傷自己。」雖然如此，Almen最後還是努力超越了膝蓋以下3吋的領域，更成為了香港首位考獲Bikram認證的瑜伽導師。「我常對學生說，瑜伽讓我們認識自己與自己的身體，有些人天生擘不到一字馬，便要去接納，這也是一種修煉的過程。」</p>
<p>16年的高低起跌過後，Pure早已成為全港最具規模的瑜伽中心，Almen本應無需再為市場推廣等拋頭露面，可是她多年來訪問不斷，全因希望宣揚瑜伽的正確理念。「近8百萬香港人，我想只有一至兩成人真正接觸過瑜伽，有人試過一次覺得太難、有人說太柔沒運動量，更有人覺得是只適合女生的運動。很多人對瑜伽都有錯誤觀念，以為瑜伽就是把腳放在頭上，其實這並非瑜伽的全部。」瑜伽有動有靜，有易也有難，幾乎是適合所有人參與。她希望透過宣傳，讓更多人真正認識瑜伽，而且不是淺嘗一次，而是最少3次。</p>

<p><strong>以糾正觀念為使命</strong><br />
回看人生，Almen認為自己很幸運。「在這裡工作，人人都很積極正面，無論學生或老師，刻苦訓練全為了追求更好的自己，everyone is working for the better，這正是瑜伽最引人入勝之處。它能改善體格，更能改變想法，我希望可以將這種正面積極的生活態度推廣出去。」走進瑜伽中心，確實有種讓人釋懷之感。Almen指每間分店都刻意選址商業中心區，地點方便之餘也是讓緊張的城市人能在午間或下班後能馬上紓緩身心。</p>

<p><strong>瑜伽是一種生活態度</strong><br />
「瑜伽中心的模式其實真的很適合城市人，這裡就如一個ecosystem，運動以外，穿的、吃的俱全。近年更已將這模式拓展至台灣、新加坡、北京和上海，可以的話，當然想推廣至全亞洲，還有很多地方都未有，如馬來西亞、泰國、日本。」</p>
<p>在拓展業務之外，Almen最近更與一班瑜伽導師設計了一份減壓地圖「在混亂中沉澱 Calm Amidst the Chaos」，將自己平日的減壓方法與地點跟學生分享。「不是說收了學生錢，上完課就bye bye。我真的想讓瑜伽也進入他們的血液，即使離開中心回到城市裡，也能活出瑜伽的舒心釋放。」</p>

<p>幾次重要機緣 90年代走進模特兒與演藝界，千禧後轉到瑜伽界，看起來就如一盤周詳人生計劃，細問之下，才知道一切都是機緣。「小時候我的夢想是當DJ，還要是另類地下搖滾音樂。只是自己是家中4姊妹的長女，中學畢業後只想快點找到工作，結果DJ的事都忘了，第一份工是在中環鞋店當售貨員。最初只當暑期工，覺得既能讓我面對人，自己對語言又有興趣，也是給自己練習外語的機會。」</p>
<p><img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/files/2003_PureYogaSoundwillPlaza.JPG" title="【職場女生】 自信女人最美！黃佩霞：「讓瑜伽入血吧！」" class="paragraph-image" alt="【職場女生】 自信女人最美！黃佩霞：「讓瑜伽入血吧！」"/>後來當模特兒的那段故事大家都熟悉，直到踏入3字頭不久，Almen認識了Pure的其中一位拍檔，人生又有了新機遇。「那時他有機會接觸到高溫瑜伽，覺得可以嘗試在港發展，見我這麼好動便找我合作。當時我雖還有演藝合約在身，但思前想後，覺得自己的性格未必適合長久待在幕前，便決定要試試轉型。那時我也坦白與拍檔說，自己只在其他健身中心上過一兩課瑜伽，也沒有經營瑜伽中心的經驗，唯一有的只是勞力。所以很多人以為瑜伽中心概念是我想出來的，其實真正功勞該歸於拍檔。」</p>
<p>自信之外，Almen那份真誠道出以往，與謙虛誠懇也是新一代女生鮮有的特質，不讓人輕看她的同時，更贏得額外的敬意。或許性格真的決定命運，轉型投身瑜伽界的Almen，生意好得應付不來。「那時兩位拍檔都是生意人，資金絕對不是問題，反而是營運方面，當時市面上還沒有這種模式的瑜伽中心，我們沒前車可鑑，幾個拍檔便一同開荒，邊做邊學。」2002年1月，首間Pure於中環中央廣場正式開幕，其後的9個月裡，生意好得應付不來，於是很快便於銅鑼灣開設第2間分店。<img src="https://prd-cdn.jessicahk.com/files/IMG_5194.JPG" title="【職場女生】 自信女人最美！黃佩霞：「讓瑜伽入血吧！」" class="paragraph-image" alt="【職場女生】 自信女人最美！黃佩霞：「讓瑜伽入血吧！」"/></p>
