K11 "Taste of GIN-dulgence": Local Craft Gin Meets Culinary Artistry at K11 MUSEA & K11 Art Mall
Hong Kong's food scene steps into autumn with a fresh pairing concept. Running from September 24 through November 30, 2026, K11 MUSEA and K11 Art Mall join forces with Two Moons Distillery, Hong Kong's first handcrafted gin brand, to present "Taste of GIN-dulgence".
The campaign spans 12 dining venues across both cultural-retail destinations, pairing signature dishes with bespoke Two Moons gin cocktails. Mixologists make use of regional aromatics such as calamansi and local yellow ginger to balance rich, savory profiles across Japanese, Cantonese, and contemporary cuisine.
4 Signature Food & Cocktail Pairings to Try
1. UNAGI YONDAIME KIKUGAWA × Moonlit
- Dish: Ippon Hitsumabushi Set
- Cocktail: Moonlit (Two Moons Ginger Gin, mirin, yuzu, lemon, honey, soda)
- Why it works: Nagoya-style broiled eel served three ways meets a bright ginger-citrus sip. The acidity and gentle spice cut through the rich, smoky eel fat to refresh the palate between servings.
- Location: Shop 219 & 219T, 2F, K11 MUSEA

2. Yung's Bistro × The Salisbury Jade
- Dish: Deep-fried Shrimp Balls with Sweet-and-Sour Sauce
- Cocktail: The Salisbury Jade (Calamansi Gin, Seedlip Garden 108, watercress honey, lime, cucumber, sparkling oolong tea)
- Why it works: Crisp cucumber and citrus lift the savory, fried texture of the shrimp balls, while sparkling oolong tea adds a clean, herbal finish.
- Location: Shop 704, 7F, K11 MUSEA

3. Glasshouse Greenery × Dandy Butcher
- Dish: BBQ Peking Duck Pizza

- Why it works: Red date and chocolate bitters match the sweet, smoky duck sauce, while a dry finish cuts through the mozzarella cheese.
