26 Years of Transformative Impact: JESSICA Most Successful Women Awards 2026 Celebrates Women Who Lead Beyond Limits

As JESSICA marks its 26th anniversary, the Most Successful Women Awards 2026 Luncheon and Award Presentation Ceremony served as a powerful reflection on how far women's leadership has progressed — and how far it continues to extend. More than a commemorative occasion, it brought together changemakers whose vision and dedication are shaping industries, strengthening communities, and influencing generations to come.

Held in an atmosphere of elegance and purpose, this year's Most Successful Women Awards (MSW) ceremony gathered distinguished guests, respected leaders, and an inspiring community of women united by a shared belief: transformation begins with courage, clarity, and commitment.

The ceremony began with a heartfelt address by Ms Jessica Ng, Founder of The JESSICA Company, who reflected on the Awards' 26‑year journey — a legacy grounded in vision, perseverance, and an enduring belief in women's potential. She also shared a renewed vision for JES Network, highlighting JESSICA's commitment not only to celebrating achievement, but to building a stronger, more connected community for the future. Delivering the keynote, Ms Vivien Chan, SBS, BBS, JP — Founder and Chairman of V Group, Founding and Senior Partner of Vivien Chan & Co., and Honorary Board Member of JES Network — shared thoughtful insights on principled leadership and collective progress.
